Return and exchange policy
When wishing to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first.
The customer has the right to return the product within one day from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and complete with all its contents and has not undergone any change.
The customer bears the full shipping costs, a total of 60 riyals (initial shipping cost and return shipping cost).
The product cost will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days.
The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product before the shipment is sent.
If the customer did not receive the order from the shipping company and the order is returned to us, a deduction of 30 riyals will be made for the shipping fee and electronic payments, and the product cost will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days.
If the product is defective or does not match the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days, and in this case, the customer has the right to a full refund.
Products included in discounts and offers are not exchangeable or refundable, except in case of a defect in the product — see article 5 of the return and exchange policies.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- After one day from the date of receipt.
- Used products are not refundable or exchangeable at all.
- When the product has changed from its original condition and lost its contents.
